Added a non-combat play section in GM Tips and Tricks

Added Enraged Status, which can act as a neutral rage status that can also goad enemies.

The Bait Melee Prowess Boon utilizes this now instead, and has a cap where it didn’t before.

Updated phrasing for Prowess Boons. Ranged Prowess has been made more equal to other Prowess Boons in terms of requirements / phrasings.

Our core team has changed and as a result, our community discord server can no longer be supported. Please refer to the links available while we are hard at work forming a new hub for the community!

Additionally, a Ko-Fi has been opened. Donations are appreciated but definitely not required or mandatory.
